8 cups of flour and 1 cup of baby oil makes a silky smooth mouldable sand mixture.

My daughter enjoys making them into balls, lining them up and watching them smash as she throws them back into the tub!

Making the mixture is just as fun as moulding it into shapes. Feeling the texture of the powdery flour and the oil between little fingers.

This activity has lasted us a good week of daily fun so far.

Adding food colouring was an epic fail as it seperates with the oil! 🤦🏼‍♀️. Super easy activity from products found around the house. 👌🏽

    1. Oh I know! I totally had no intentions there and did not notice it.. but it has been pointed out to me 😂 We have to have some humour in our day.. 😘

    1. Thanks Debbie, I also found my daughter loved making long bread loaf shapes with the moonsand and practising cutting it with a plastic knife. I am going to keep a mixture handy and bring it out each wk when required! X
